Our service options include:

Primary Care:
Silverchart Systems Primary Care service is designed to offer the customer the flexibility of paying for support as and when required. The service operates on a time and materials basis and uses standard charging for time spent in resolving difficulties. There are three levels of care provided:

48hr, 24hr or Same-day response - by request at the time of your call, completely dependent upon your requirements.

The service can also be used for office moves, network and computer installations or to supplement in-house staff resources when deadlines loom.

Total Care:
Silverchart Systems Total Care contract service is designed to offer the customer a complete I.T. solution for their business. As a first line we provide a telephone support helpline that offers a qualified technician at the end of the phone to help resolve any day-to-day issues. There is no limit to the number of calls made and we will do our utmost to take the customer step by step through to resolution. We also utilise the latest remote control technologies to "walk" the user through the resolution. If this is not possible over the telephone or using remote support software then the Primary Care service is brought in at preferential rates to resolve the issue on-site.
